Welcome to Physical Impressions Fitness Centre in Worongary. We are a family owned and operated business servicing our local community with a top of the line fitness gym. Our facilities, equipment and trainers are set up specifically so that workouts and services can be tailored to each individual.

We are a full hammer strength fitness facility with 24-hour access so you can come in whenever you have a free moment instead of having to plan your life around your gym membership.
We will give you a fob tag when you sign up, enabling you to have 24/7 access to the fitness centre, whatever time of the day or night.

We have three personal trainers on hand to help you meet your fitness goals, to help you sign up and get accustomed to using the fitness centre. We are conveniently located near Worongary Shopping town so you can run errands and hit the gym in the same area.

We offer a wide range of classes to help you get in great shape while having fun. These include booty classes, boxing, kickboxing classes and many others. We also have incentive programs like our Gym Member of the Week. We love our Gold Coast community and we strive to make working out in our gym a positive experience. We have great deals for current members or those who would like to join our fitness gym so make sure you ask about any specials when you come in to sign up.

Physical Impressions has a competitive price structure for members as well as free parking. If you prefer to work with a trainer or you want to have someone around to help you with the machines or finding fitness classes, our staffed hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Physical Impressions Fitness Centre has new hammer strength equipment as well such as the ISO-Lateral Row, 90 degree leg press, standing calf raises, linear leg press, leg extension, leg curl, Smith machine, squat rack, bench press, low row and triceps pulldown, lat pulldown, cable crossover and pectoral fly/rear deltoid. You can get an amazing full body workout that is tailored to the muscle groups you want to target.

Our gym also caters to people who would like to box, with a specialised boxing area located in the gym and fitness centre. We have something here for virtually anyone!


How long will it take for me to start seeing results?
How quickly or slowly any individual person sees weight loss or muscle gains is highly variable. It will depend on your current weight, the time you put in, your diet, hydration levels, hormonal fluctuations and whether you are doing the right workouts for your goals. Most people begin seeing results in the first few weeks if they put in the work.
