Physical Impressions Fitness Centre has new hammer strength equipment as well such as the ISO-Lateral Row, 90 degree leg press, standing calf raises, linear leg press, leg extension, leg curl, Smith machine, squat rack, bench press, low row and triceps pulldown, lat pulldown, cable crossover and pectoral fly/rear deltoid. You can get an amazing full body workout that is tailored to the muscle groups you want to target.
Our gym also caters to people who would like to box, with a specialised boxing area located in the gym and fitness centre. We have something here for virtually anyone!
