Our state of the art fitness centre has all the equipment you need to build muscle and develop stamina and endurance. We have a wide range of machines from which to choose so you can isolate, focus on and work out different muscle groups to build muscle and strength in the areas where you need it.

If you don’t feel comfortable working alone we also have personal trainers who will help by tailoring a workout just for you, they’ll make sure you are exercising correctly and will customise a training plan to help you meet your goals. They can also provide nutritional support. We also offer exercise classes where we teach everything from kickboxing to aerobics and more.

Personal training

Having a personal trainer is a great way to make sure you stick to your program and meet your goals.
